Stephany Powell is the founder and CEO of Think-Hi Healthcare Solutions™.  As the CEO, Stephany’s commitment to bringing quality healthcare, empathy. and human interaction back to the bedside has served as the driving force behind the innovations of Think-Hi technologies. As a visionary, Stephany’s passion for Care Excellence and her tenacious drive to support healthcare professionals by blending Artificial Intelligence (AI) with National Healthcare Standards serves as a building block to the provision of quality healthcare.

Hailing from Detroit Michigan, Stephany began her healthcare journey at Henry Ford Community College where she obtained her Associates degree of Nursing. Stephany’s dedication to find solutions to improve our healthcare systems led her to earn a master’s degree in business administration/healthcare management (MBA) and a Master of Nursing (MSN) at the University of Phoenix. With over 25 years of healthcare experience ranging from EMT, Registered Nurse, to Key Executive leadership positions at some of the largest healthcare organizations in the United States, Stephany never lost focus on the value of putting Humans first. It was Stephany’s commitment to People and her innate transformative leadership skills that drives the vision to continue to develop efficient technology that allows healthcare professionals to focus solely on the patient.

Outside the realms of healthcare and her continuous studies, Stephany finds pleasure in simple gifts of life by spending time with her family and friends, exploring new recipes in the kitchen, and taking long drives of adventure.

 Merenda Devine is the Senior Vice President for Think-Hi Healthcare Solutions™. As an experienced healthcare professional with over 25 years of significant contributions in correctional and acute care settings. Her expertise in process improvements, accreditation, and program leadership, along with a visionary approach, is well-recognized.

Professionally, she has been part of a team responsible for developing an EMR system in Michigan, contributing to its training and deployment, and promoting motivational leadership. Her dedication to training and mentoring her team highlights her commitment to fostering a supportive and high-performing work environment. Her commitment to training and mentoring her team underscores her dedication to creating a supportive and high-performing work environment. Her ability to identify opportunities for progress and enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction are key attributes that have contributed to her success in healthcare operations.

She earned a B.S.N. from Oakland University, an M.B.A from the University of Phoenix, and holds a Certification of Correctional Healthcare Professional (CCHP).

Beyond her career, she cherishes time with family and friends, engages in competitive bowling, delights in Turner Classic Movies, and is an avid fan of watching and attending football games.

John Tomme, the CTO for Think-Hi Healthcare Solutions™, brings over 30 years of comprehensive experience in software application development, integration, and cloud architecture, further enriched by his expertise in DevOps and team leadership.

In the past five years, he has embraced the dynamic nature of the tech industry, by becoming a Certified Scrum Master and focusing extensively on cloud architecture and CI/CD DevOps, primarily with Microsoft Azure.

John has excelled in scripting and automations, demonstrating his commitment to innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and reliability. Instrumental as a team leader mentoring developers, guiding them towards achieving their career goals and fostering a nurturing work environment. He has successfully designed and managed projects in both the public and private sectors, including the Kansas KCJIS Portal, State of North Carolina Criminal History project, and the Commonwealth of Kentucky Criminal History Integration project, demonstrating strong architectural acumen and project management skills.

He continues to stay ahead of the curve by maintaining an active interest in software engineering research, object-oriented analysis and design, database design, data modeling, and web technologies and the ever-changing area of AI. Through his strategic planning, seamless project execution, and continuous upskilling, he continues to influence positive change in the tech industry.

Outside of technology, John is a talented, multi-instrumental  musician, actively involved with his local music community.

Steven Stocking, the CIO of Think-Hi Healthcare Solutions™, brings over 30 years of experience in IT ranging from development to IT Executive Management.  He has had the opportunity to work as a consultant/analyst/PM to companies like St. Joseph's Hospital, GM, DaimlerChrysler, VWGoA, and Audi as well as multiple state and local governments, and nonprofits, like Lion's Club's International.  Having worked with companies from Enterprise to Start-up, Steve brings a unique perspective following his passion to understand the driving reasons of "Why".  

Looking to bridge business and technology, never accepting the status quo, coaching his teams to add true value in every endeavour, and thinking outside the typical industry boxes is what continues to excite and drive him to grow and explore - moving from ideas to creative solutions. 

Outside of IT Steve has earned his black belt in Tang Soo Do (the same martial art that Chuck Norris practices and more recently is displayed in Cobra Kai).
